Guys, why do you tickle/poke girls?

Guys poke me all the time cause I'm super ticklish but only in one spot(a certain place on my ribs)... And it seems only guys can find that spot... But it gets kinda annoying but they say it's funny.

When doing sit-ups, when should you exhale? While going into the crunch position, or while straightening out?

You exhale going up and inhale going down. That way you do not strain your muscles. If you want extra tension try holding bean bags on your stomach while doing them
