HELP!!Journalism cl?!??!?

There are two ways to approach the ignment. One is to praise how much the director does and what a great service to the community, such as urging the mayor, city council to fix sewer system, do more to stop drug trafficking in the town. Second, attack the direct. Is he biased? Why does the reader need to know his opinion? Are too many people swayed by his comments, such as voting for a candidate he likes. Does he keep harping on minor issues when there are more serious issues?
