I really want to go to an ivy league school. Please help me?

Im a senior in highschool and I'll have to start applying for colleges soon. I want to be a fashion editor and writer and work with vogue and I need a college degree so I'll have to get that and after I plan on doing my masters in journalism too but I can't find any courses at ANY college thats to do with designing. What do I do now? Please help. Im lost for ideas :(
