Could you help diagnose me? I can make it to the dr till thurs?

nasal drainage and ear drainage, extreme muscle stiffness and pain, i took a really hot bath and tried to sweat it out, and all the sudden i had extreme upper left abdominal pain, followed by rapid heart rate, i felt like i was going to p out. i feel better prob just raised my bp too high, but the muscle stiffness and the nasal drainage is my main symptoms now.
