Dog problem help please??

my neapolitan mastiff who is 6 month barks at my neighbour basment guy he does not like him he like everyone else but not him he barks at him like krazy. then he get angry and swear at me i really dont say anything... i need help.... that guy is bald ..... help me stop my dog barking... my dog stay outside in a insulated dog house
