Enhancement?

Ok, so like many other people I want nice shaped not big just full. I have fed both of my 2 boys and we all know what that does to the peaches. So I was just wondering if there was anyone out there who has tried a enhancement pill and it worked for them? What about the Brava system? Either way let me know I don't want to have to go under for balloons!
