I have had a painless groin lump for 6+ months.... help!?

I have had a 1 small (approximately 1 cm) painless lump on the crease of my leg. I also have smaller lumps in the same area. They have been there for 6+ months. They are NOT pimples or ingrown hairs-- they are under the skin. Any ideas? I am not sick and have not been for a quite a while. I also had shingles approximately 5 months ago, which I have been told that only immune suppressed people get. I am ONLY 27. Any help would be great!!
