My Anxiety is getting worse.....?

have you thought about phychological treatments CBT is quite good dealing with this sort thing you can ask you gp to refer you to a private counsellor. I would definetely no go medication until you tried it I know counselling can work if prepared to work try looking up thought records and work through your worries and maybe ign a worry time each day but someone to talk this over before you get drugs
