Ok this is my last try, can anyone tell me about emancipation? i live in MICHIGAN!?

Ok here's all that you need to know, my home life is terrible and i want to get out of it. I am 3 weeks from being 17. i have no job or car or license because my parents wont let me do anything at all. i want to know if i can move out before im 17 by only a few weeks or if i do have to wait the 3 weeks of hell here. i wanted to spend the holidays with my fiancee [18] and staying here until im 17 will be just after that. im leaving either way so please don't write at all if your just going to tell me that you think i cant take care of myself or that you think i should wait. because frankly why would i listen to strangers about something important like this?! is there a police hotline i could call to talk to someone about this and maybe get some help or just free legal advise? has anyone gone through emancipation before? like to the court and files the petition? tell me how that went in as much detail as possible.
